Testimonials
Hi Elsabe, Thanks to both you and Tertia. We had such a good weekend and feel a lot more confident about the whole birth of our princess. I’ll be sure to email you with our birth story in September and I’ll also def be around to come purchase some things from your wonderful shop (and to show off our baby). Thanks again for doing what you two do. You have such a passion for your work and it radiates through the workshop. Caroline Smit
Thank-You so much for the workshop, we both really enjoyed it and don’t feel as stupid anymore…and we are really really EXCITED about the whole journey of parenthood and are trying to truly be present in every moment. Drew is really happy, because he feels a lot more involved and knows how to be involved now! (plus he’s getting all the heartburn for me!! ha ha ha). I was quite pleasantly surprised at how simple and enjoyable the experience can be, most of the pregnancy/birth stories i have heard have been nightmarish, but i’m loving it all so far! and i’m certain that i’m going to enjoy every bit in the future, hopefully even the painful bits!!

Hi Elsabe, Darren and I really enjoyed this past weekend and have really perceived enormous value in having attended. This was a huge relief as some of our friends had mentioned to us that they had found their antenatal classes to be a complete waste of time (by and large the free classes offered by their hospitals). Thank you for answering all our questions and providing us a really solid base on which to make informed decision regarding the birth of our little girl. I know I am certainly a lot less scared and much more excited about what lies in store for us. We will certainly stay in touch. Liesel
Hello to the Mother Instinct ladies!
I know it has been a really long time, but it feels like the weekend we spent at the Genesis Clinic working through all those fears and curiosities of pregnancy and birth was only yeasterday.
I just wanted to take the time to thank you for all the knowledge and patience that you brought to class.
We came on Saturday morning, confused about where and how Kim Holmes would give birth. In fact, pregnancy and birth seemed to be happening to us. Needless to say when we said goodbye on Sunday we felt empowered with a growing realisation: We can do this.
We have subsequently made many plans and ‘taken control’ of things, making the whole process feel like it should… a creative one.
I wish you guys many years of keeping up the good work! Thanks again, James.
