ANTENATAL TWO DAY WORKSHOP
Pressured for time?
Come and spend an interactive two days where we use a variety of teaching methods to ensure active participation to prepare you for your birthing.
Our focus is on Natural Births.
These sessions aim to:
- Equip you with information to make informed choices
- Place of birth
- Method of birth
- Pain relief during labour and birth
- Interventions during labour and birth
- Optimise changes of a good birth experience
- Signs of labour and when to contact your care provider
- Positions & Perineal Massage
- Birth partner and /or Doula
- Your Birth plan
- Provide guidance for birth partner
- What to expect and clarify what a woman’s needs are during labour
- Coping methods
- Breastfeeding Basics
Additional speakers include: A Doula, experienced dad and a new mom
The cost is R900 for two days. This includes all course material, muffins for breakfast, scrumptious lunch and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.
